So I bought a bunch of new Prismacolour markers lately :D Got a Michael's giftcard for Christmas you see ;D So I intend to make occasional drawings in my one sketchbook, that are inked and coloured via markers. Since I have lots of fun with that, and it looks nice :)

How about a pointlessly amusing factoid about this? :XD: This what is watching the movie "I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry" made me do :O Seriously. I was all "lol I should draw something gay now, lulz" (watching "Will & Grace" does that too, actually 8D *bricked*) But yeah, I just snatched up my sketchbook, intending on drawing something cute and fluffy... but got this instead O:

Not that it isn't cute. But it's sad D: Where did that come from!? Oh well, it made for adorable clingy cuddles at any rate, so I suppose one can't complain too much ;; It actually kinda reminds me of a picture I did of these two YEARS ago, only the places were switched. Huh. Go figure.

I'm a tad bit annoyed that the position of this cuts the better part of Goresky's face off, but other than that, I'm pretty pleased with how it came out :aww: And Jacque looks smaller than Goresky, so size accuracy worked this time 8D *dance*

But yeah, the scene is pretty self explanitory, regarding what's going on. Goresky offering loving moral support for Jacque, like the good boyfriend he is ;; For what reason, can be left to your imagination. In mine? I think gay bashing/harrassment might have been in mind (since that was a bit of a factor in the movie it was inspired from). And Jacque's really sensitive like that :(

It was a little tricky to choose the colour that would surround the image, I also considered orange, purple, maybe even red. But in the end, blue made the most sense, for a calming and pure feel. I think it pulled off quite nicely :nod: So yeah. Yay marker art <D~

Yay marker art, indeed. :D Your glimmering, fun coloring style comes through so well with them. I love how you reserve shiny highlights like that, rather than soaking the whole thing in ink. Like someone I know. Not to mention, there's so much emotion in the poses and expressions. :nod: It really gives this a ton of life. Great work!

Definitely a worthwhile way to spend your Christmas money. :D

Of course I'm more than happy to see a picture of these two again. =3 Somehow even when they're upset they still make a picture look fluffy. Must be the hug. ^^ They're a good choice to use for emotional pictures, especially Jacque. I love how he's cuddling Goresky all hunched over and upset. *Beats people who upset him* And don't worry about not being able to see all of Goresky's face - because when you think about it in real-life situations or poses you can't always see the person's full face all the time. His eyes do speak the message here and I don't think his mouth would have been needed for the message.

What was that movie like on an off-topic note? I was debating with myself whether it'd be worth watching. ^^

A good clingy pic is nice once in a while. Something my stories have been lacking for some time. (*is trying to wrap up the action bitz!!* >.>

I also really like the blue for Jacque's shirt! I have no clue why, it's just an awesome blue!! But poor Jacque *pets him....pets Goresky too, for good measure* :D

I too have not seen this movie, what is it exactly? >.>
