Goresky - He Does This A Lot

One could almost say this could follow the image that was posted before this *dies*

Sorry I haven't really posted/drawn anything really stellar this month D: What with the Disneyland trip throwing me out of loop and leaving me behind on comic buffer, and doing a commission, I've just not had time ><; This was actually just done as something to keep me busy on my California to Seattle plane trip, on the way back

So who here has tried to sketch and ink on a plane? Sketching, I admit, wasn't a big deal, since it can be a little bit scribbly/wobbly anyway, and you go over neatly with inking right? But inking this was trickier 8D; You know... especially when you get those little bouts of turbulence >>; I was basically only inking while the sailing was smooth, and even then... if the inking seems thicker than usual anywhere? That was my pen jerking out of place, and me trying to smooth it over |D

Pretty much why I went for a large drawing of a character. A smaller one wouldn't have stood a chance D: But yeah... I went for Goresky, since he hasn't been drawn yet this year XP (plus, sometimes, as with other couples of mine, when I draw their partner, I tend to want to draw them as well XD Considering Jacque was done before this... yeah) Decided to just go for something blandly amusing... this is what came of it

As the title states, this is something the poor boy does a lot... face palming! Does it really need much explaining? The guy has Chislett and Bullseye as brothers I should think that would entail face palming on a daily basis. Hourly, even, on some occasions xD; And you know that his flambuoyant boyfriend probably causes a fair amount of this as well :eyeroll: Especially when he's being a drama queen.

Poor Goresky... it's never easy being the only sane person in the nuthouse, is it? 8|;

I admit, his hand covering his face didn't come out at quite the right angle D| I also drew his face first, before the hand, and ended up pissing myself off, in that I covered up the face so much, which came out a lot better than the hand :C Ffffft... I guess there was no winning with this one. At any rate... it was just something done to amuse myself for shits and giggles, and to easily complete, so I could get caught up this month. Which hasn't happened yet ;; Argh. Oh well... at least it's pretty new art for you, right, my lovely watchers? <D *beaten for lame sucking upness*

Here's hoping I can get back to producing more interesting higher quality fun art soon ;;
