Scene summary: There are sore feelings on the human's end, who feel the government issue is the Tierewesen being greedy/not being grateful to what the humans have given and taught them. Whereas, as mentioned, is not the case, as the Tierewesen are very grateful to the humans, and if anything, it is a nod to them simply acting more like the human race.

(I figure the humans and Tierewesen started to mingle in sharing things, like workplaces and schools, etc. once the Tierewesen had become adept in human society. Hence, this image of a human child and Tierseien child in the same class. Ignore the awful indecisive style on the human girl; focus on the cameo of a young Jacque (right, a lynx-caracal hybrid), who's eagerly showing how well he's studied :3)
