Bruce + Eleanor Roarke

Looks like I managed to squeeze out a finished piece to update in a decent time to start off December afterall 8D I can't promise this will be consistent though, it's gonna be a busy month with holiday stuff and family things abound But we'll see! (I really need to be starting on Christmas giftart o__o *leflail*)

So, been watching me long enough or browsed my folders at some point to remember this? blushbunnyc3.deviantart.com/ar… It's almost seven years old now! This new piece here is sort of a rehash of it, along with some of the altered background details/colours from this one blushbunnyc3.deviantart.com/ar… 

It was also me attempting to draw at least ONE pregfur image this year Too bad it disappoints me on a bunch of levels D| I mean, Bruce looks pretty decent (and doting and lovey as he is ) - one of the reasons I wanted to draw this is because I missed drawing (him in) Colour D: Considering he's still a big role in the storyline at the moment. And Eleanor is about to finally make her actual appearance in the next chapter. I wish I'd done her more justice... but for whatever reason, her face just WOULDN'T come out right (erased it a bunch of times until I settled for this. Not thrilled, but less sucky at least ._.).

And maybe it's just the angle, but I'm a tad rusty on the pregnant form as well. I forget if I used a reference for this or what (if so, I really bombed on using it XD *HIT*). Either way, SORRY IT'S NOT MUCH TO BREAK THE DRY SPELL ON :C But I figured it was better than nothing, and it was worth finishing regardless. These two need some more (art) love damnit, and until I restart the comic (I WISH I COULD SAY WHEN, SOB orz), THIS WILL HAVE TO SUFFICE

...I hope you guys like it more than I do |D; Maybe I'm being too hard on myself (which is what I do best, trolololol) and focussing too much on the nitpicks and not appreciating the good factors more. They're still an adorable (warthog) couple and the scene is still very endearing~ Also, YAY BACKGROUND - this was also me attempting to get some more of that in my art as well XD (recycling backgrounds is a great time saver, just saying The effort still counts!) Enjoooy
