This is my half of a trade with *tails3k Man, it's been YEARS since I've last traded with her 8D; We go way back, man~ I've always admired her work; she puts so much little details and effects in, whether she uses traditional or digital, and her style is just so trippy and unique

So yush, for my end she asked if I could draw her fursona 3k: [link] and her pine marten character Martin: [link] (I used some of the details from this that she requested as well [link] so a mixture of refs). She said, while they'd never really properly met, in any of her universe(s?) wise, she thought they'd like each other

She asked if I could depict them on a date of sorts. And while I was thinking of a possible date scenario, I came across one of those sections in the character quiz thing that 3k took for several of her characters, including 3k and Martin, and I looked at the "favourite ice cream flavour", under which it was stated that Martin liked chocolate, and 3k liked "the three stripey kind" which is strawberry, vanilla, and also chocolate

And this is what it inspired! 3k and Martin on a date at a cafe or something, with 3k enjoying some ice cream (it's chocolate/vanilla, as opposed to the three stripes. Since the double one is more common at ice cream places, you know?) and Martin just finished off a milkshake, or an ice cream float or something xD; Seeing as he finished so quickly, and he likes chocolate, 3k lets him have a lick :3 Just thought it seemed cute~

Marker/pencil combo (which I'm using more and more, hope you guys don't mind |D). The light grey I used for their white parts came out too dark, I apologize for that ;; I've figured out which grey I have is proper for white use, so I'll be sure to use THAT in the future. Doesn't look too bad though, I hope But yes, I hope you like it 3k! Twas fun
